Kimberly Ryan has a background in design and art from a wide variety of experiences. A kitchen designer in Charlotte, NC for 8 years enabled her a unique architectural background working in new home construction, interior design and graphic design.
Her passion for painting is from childhood where she took private lessons later attending the Chicago Art Institute.
Since living in Pittsburgh she has found new sources of inspiration in the cities bridges, urban and rural landscapes as well as its unique community of artists.

Kimberly Ryan has had the pleasure of working as an instructor for Painting With A Twist since 2015. Considered the best place to get your creativity on with a little bit of vino to go with it. What could be better than that? She has taught over 450 classes and learned something new each time. Being around creative people in the art studio has been a huge inspiration to Kimberly's work.
